Provisional Anti-Dumping Duty (ADD) has been introduced on oil imported from Lithuania and United Arab Emirates.

Please note, as Lithuania is a member of the EU, the ADD will be applied to imports of oil from all EU member states.  For all EU member states other than Lithuania, additional code 8A38 should be declared in Data Element 6/17 to claim exemption from the provisional ADD.
