HMRC has notified BIFA that the CDS 5.0.0.2 update (https://bifa.org/2025/12/23/cds-update-5-0-0-2-actions-to-take/ announced 23/12/25) has been postponed until further notice. The new date will be announced in due course.

As the recently announced declaration completion requirement changes will not be implemented, members are advised that any declarations pre lodged using the announced changes might be rejected on arrival.
