HMRC has announced the revised date for the forthcoming CDS update that will take place without an outage. The system will be updated on the 15 January 2026.

Please see the updated change log which contains additional clarification on item 7 relating to rejections if the relevant Data Elements are not completed correctly.

In order to avoid declaration rejections for shipments arriving on or after 15th January, all declarations should be pre-lodged according to the shared guidance.
