HMRC has advised that CERTEX, the system that will verify licence data on declarations for goods movements, will go live on the 15th of September 2025.
It will replace the Automatic Licence Verification System (ALVS) for Northern Ireland.
To assist traders, HMRC has published a number of documents offering clarification related to:
