The UK Government has published new guidance to help businesses prepare for the forthcoming UK-EU Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Agreement, outlining the sectors and processes likely to be affected.
The agreement aims to streamline trade in SPS goods, with implementation anticipated from mid-2027.
