A DEFRA system will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance on Thursday 20 March 2025, between 19:00 and 22:00

Please see the below announcement from DEFRA for more information:

Reminder – Important System Maintenance Notice
We would like to inform you that scheduled maintenance will take place this Thursday, March 20th, 2025. Please be aware that there may be potential disruptions between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM (1900 – 2200). During this time, there will be a 40-minute period when systems will be offline. To minimise any impact, we strongly encourage users to avoid using the IPAFFS and ALVS systems between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM. If any traders experience difficulties due to this maintenance, they should reach out to their local PHA for support. Please do not contact the National Clearance Hub team during this period, as they will be unable to assist. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
