FIATA (International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations) has launched a survey for its member companies to complete, relating to the adoption and use of eBLs.

As a founding member of the FIT Alliance, whose mission is to advance interoperability and accelerate the adoption of electronic trade documentation, FIATA invites its members to share their industry insights on the adoption and use of electronic Bills of Lading (eBLs).

Your feedback will help the FIT Alliance better understand current industry practices, experiences, opportunities and challenges, and will contribute to shaping future initiatives supporting electronic trade documentation, eBL adoption and digital trade.

The survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and will remain open until 15 September 2026.
