Please see the latest HMRC communication for NCTS users, outlining important updates to the Goods Vehicle Movement Service (GVMS) portal.

From 3 June 2025, the GVMS portal will be updated to correctly reference the Manual Transit Procedure, which has now replaced the SAD/C88 process for transit fallback under the Business Continuity Process (BCP).
