The European Commission published a letter to remind traders about the forthcoming ICS2 requirements for rail and road carriers coming into force from 1st September 2025.
Please see attached letter for more details.
In addition, the ICS2 Technical team invites traders to attend a webinar where attendees will have the opportunity to raise technical and operational questions directly to the EU representatives.
Please see the invite and joining details below:
The EU is hosting an “ICS2 technical-operational call” on Wednesday, 2 July 2025 from 13:00 to 15:00. The call gives all stakeholders and Member States involved in ICS2 the opportunity to pose technical and operational questions directly to the EU. This meeting is being organised by the EU therefore we have no control over the scheduling of the event.
Kindly note that this session will be dedicated to the use of the STI-STP to fill in an ENS with a live demonstration and Q&A session.
The invite comes from the EU Agenda page on CIRCABC.
The page above holds the details below, so feel free to circulate this.
