Dear Agents,

We wanted to inform you of an upcoming change to the Quick Resolve online form, which went live on Monday 28th April.

From this date, the current Quick Resolve form will be redirected to a new web address. Please update any bookmarks or internal guidance accordingly once LIVE.  

What’s changing?
The new form includes a number of enhancements designed to:
* Improve data consistency through input validation,
* Ensure that all required information is captured at the point of submission,
* Help streamline the processing of consignments, allowing for minimal intervention from the Port Health Authority where appropriate.

These improvements are part of our ongoing efforts to make the process more efficient for all users and reduce the need for follow-up queries.  

Please note:
This form is intended to speed up the process for consignments that require minimal intervention by the Port Health Authority. It should not be used for anything subject to official controls.
