Please find below links to the latest ICS2 information that is relevant to members that send goods to or through the EU via maritime and inland waterways. This has kindly been provided by the European Commission.
As you may already know, maritime and inland waterway carriers are approaching the end date of their deployment window, which is on 4th December 2024. This date also marks the go-live date for those carriers’ filing safety and security data at house level only (‘house level filers’).
We have been asked to share the following information to our members to assist them with planning for the implementation of ICS2:
eLearning module: ICS2 Process and Data: Maritime and Inland Waterways, Topic: en (europa.eu);
Fact sheets on the multiple filing process and the key requirements, which are available in several languages.
The following information is also available for rail and road economic operators that will need to connect to ICS2 on 1 April 2025:
eLearning modules ICS2 Process and Data: Rail, Topic: en (europa.eu) and ICS2 Process and Data: Road, Topic: en (europa.eu);

Please note that these resources will also be available on our dedicated ICS2 section of our website.
