The Government has published its response to the consultation on the reform of low value imports, alongside draft legislation for the measure.

The consultation response sets out the Government’s decisions on the design of the new arrangements and explains how stakeholder feedback has informed those decisions. HMRC has also published draft primary legislation to begin the process of legislating for these changes.
