Following the implementation of the Final State Rules of the NCTS phase 5, HMRC has identified some issues with printing TAD documents by Border Force colleagues at Office of Departure locations.

This document has been provided by HMRC with further information on the issues being experienced and the actions that should be taken to resolve them.

We hope to share a further communication once a solution has been implemented. In the document HMRC advise that this is expected to take place by mid-February.
