Following a formal tender process, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has appointed Netcompany as the new provider of the Trader Support Service (TSS).

The TSS will remain free to use and will continue to operate as normal, with full access to existing support services, including educational resources and the customer support helpline.

HMRC is working closely with Netcompany and Fujitsu to ensure a smooth transition throughout 2026. Users will receive regular updates, including clear guidance on any future platform changes.

No action is required at this time, and traders should continue to submit customs and safety and security declarations in the usual way.
