HMRC invites Members to participate in a survey aimed to collect information related to undischarged transit movements. The survey is open until Wednesday 12 March 2025.

As part of our review of the Transit Service last year, we conducted a survey to gather insight from our customers on the Transit facilitation. Thank you to everyone who completed that survey.

We would now like to build on the findings of last year’s survey by exploring undischarged transit movements with our customers and invite you to complete an anonymous survey on this subject. Link:  Voice of the Customer – Transit Movements & Trust Survey  

We recognise that this may not be applicable to all customers, but welcome your help to shape the future of the Transit service. We have also included a short section exploring the wider subject of customers’ trust in HMRC as a customs authority.

This survey should take no more than ten minutes to complete.
